Ursprünglich wurde diese CD 1976 aufgenommen und Peter Wustmann hat diese reissue 1994 produziert. Der Sound der Musik ist ausgesprochen gut, so dass es richtig Spaß macht der Musik zu lauschen.

Madhouse , in Deutsch Irrenhaus. Zunächst wird hier die Frage aufgeworfen, ob der Besuch in diesem Haus Wirklichkeit war, oder nur ein Traum? Jedoch, egal ob Traum, oder Wirklichkeit, man will aus diesem Irrenhaus entfliehen. Dieser Song ist sehr schön arrangiert, textlich und von der Instrumentierung ist es sehr Abwechslungsreich, mit schönen Passagen unterstrichen von der Viola und Saxophone. Auch die Gitarren sind hier bemerkenswert.

Your Eyes Dieser Song hat textlich sowie in der Melodieführung einen sehr verträumten Touch. Gefällt mir gut und wirkt auf mich entspannend.

Circus Circus ist in drei Kapitel unterteilt. Tango Mili, das erste Kapitel baut den Song mit einem Tango Rhythmus auf und geht mit Marching in das 2. Kapitel über und klingt nun wie Marschmusik, um dann ins 3. Kapitel, Sensation zu führen. Textlich werden wir in die Circuswelt geführt. Bei den ausgiebigen Instrumentalpassagen bekommen wir schöne Gitarrenklänge zu hören, sowie Cello und Flöte.

Streaming Fängt mit Wasserrauschen an, dann setzen schöne Flötenklänge und auch Gitarre ein. Zunächst ist der Song schön ruhig, schwillt jedoch immer mehr an und in der Mitte des Songs hört man wieder das wunderschöne Saxophon, das Ende des Songs ist wie der Anfang. Ich mag diesen Song sehr.

Phasing Dies ist ein rein instrumentaler Track und ist ebenfalls sehr schon aufgebaut. Ähnlich wie bei Streaming, fängt dieser Song ruhig an und schwillt immer mehr an und wirkt fast symphonisch auf mich. Durch eine liebe Info die ich erhalten habe, erfuhr ich dass dieser Track im Rahmen eines Kollektivjaming im Studio Live aufgenommen wurde.

Erwähnen sollte man auch die Rhythmusfraktion, Bass und Drums, die bei allen Tracks eine tolle arbeit leisten, Klasse!

Ich mag dieses Album sehr und bin auf die Wiederveröffentlichungen der Hoelderlin Alben sehr gespannt!

Originally this CD was 1976 recorded and Peter Wustmann from the WMMS Label recorded this reissue in 1994. The sound of this CD is quite good and it’s enjoyable to listen to the music.

Madhouse The vocalist is asking, if the visit in the Madhouse and the strange experience he had really happened, or was he just dreaming? Anyhow it doesn’t matter if it was a dream or real live, he wants to get out of the Madhouse. The music on this track is very nice arranged, with viola, saxophone and guitars. Also the lyrics are very good.

Your Eyes This is a very calm song and has a nice melody, I like this song and I think it’s also very relaxing.

Circus Circus is divided in three chapters. Tango Mili starts with a tango rhythm and turns into Marching, of course there is a march rhythm in this part, then it turns into the chapter Sensation. The lyrics are about circus live, but in a funny way. In this part of the song there are longer instrumental parts, where you get to hear nice guitar, cello and flute.

Streaming Starts with Water sounds, then you hear nice flutes and the guitar begins to play and in this part of the song it’s quite calm, but as more time passes by the tempo picks up. In the middle there is a very nice saxophone playing and the song ends in the same mute as it started. I like this track very much.

Phasing This is a pure instrumental song and was recorded in the studio live, when Hoelderlin where Kolectivjaming. This song is similar as Streaming and sounds very symphonic to me.

The Rhythm fraction should also be mentioned, since basses and drums are doing a great job and without them the music would sound half as good.

Dieses Album ist nun seit ca. 2 Jahren in meinem Besitz und zählt zu meinen Lieblingsalben. Die Musik ist sehr melodisch und anspruchsvoll und so liebe Leute, meine Empfehlung an euch kauft das Album, ihr werdet sicherlich nicht enttäuscht sein! Note 1!

This Album I have already for about 2 years and belongs to one of my favorite CDs. The Music is very melodic and demanding and so my fellow musiclovers, my recommandation to you is to go ahead and buy this wonderful piece of music, you woun't be dissapointed! Note 1!

Klasse Musik von klasse Musikern und Sänger, welcher auch der Sänger bei Alias Eye ist. Da mich die Musik begeistert spreche ich eine absolute Kaufempfehlung aus! Note 1!

Es ist wirklich nicht leicht die Musik der Band einzuordnen, aber ich denke Progressive Rock der härteren Gangart kann man stehen lassen. Die Songs sind zwischen 6:39 min. und 11:08 min. lang und abwechslungsreich. Es ist nicht schlecht was einem musikalisch geboten wird, aber was schreibe ich da, kauft euch das Album und verschafft euch eure eigene Meinung. ;-) Note 2 - 3!

It's not easy to put their Music into a Genre, but I think Progressive Rock wich is a little harder is okay. The Songs have a length between 6:39 min. and 11:08 min. and are not boring. The Music is not bad, but what am I writing here, go out and buy this Album and choose for your self, whether you like this Music or not. ;-) Note 2 - 3!

Schon vor 3 Jahren, als ich das Album bekam, hat mir die Musik sehr gut gefallen. :-) Da freut es mich natürlich um so mehr, das sie noch dieses Jahr (2005) ein neues Album auf den Markt bringen wollen. Übrigens stammt diese tolle Band von unserem Nachbarland, Belgien! Note 2!

Already before 3 years, when I got the album, the music pleased me very well. :-) There for it naturally makes me happy, that they gonna release this year (2005) a new Album. By the way this great Band originates from our neighboring country, Belgium! Note 2!

Bei 'Zarah A Teatown Story' handelt es sich um ein Konzept Album, für das sie sich einige Jahre Zeit ließen. Denn ihr erstes Album 'Among The Elements' war schon 1996 erschienen, übrigens auch ein Klasse Album. :-) Um was es sich bei 'Zarah ...' handelt kann auf der Bandpage nachlesen. Der Sänger, Christian Heise hat tatsächlich eine klasse Stimme, schön melancholisch in manchen Parts und dann wieder aggressiv an anderer Stelle. Auch die Instrumente haben ein klasse Zusammenspiel und die Keys sind nicht in den Hintergrund verdrängt worden. Seit einer Woche, so lange habe ich es in etwa, ist die Musik von ihnen fast nicht aus dem Player zu kriegen, so gut gefällt's mir!!! Jetzt hoffe ich das die Band ihren CD Shop in Gang bekommen, denn ich habe das Album durch e-Mailkontakt zu einem Bandmitglied bekommen und die E-Mail Adresse auch eher zufällig gefunden. ;-) Note 1!

'Zarah A Teartown Story' is a Concept Album, wich took the Band several years to finish. Since thier debut CD 'Among The Elements' already was released in 1996, wich is also a great Album. :-) The Story is about a girl beeing abused, over to killing the doer and then while she is in Prison killing herself. The Vocalist, Christian Heise with his deep characteristic voice gives the Music the right amount on Melancholie, or aggression. Also the Musicians did a great job. I got this Album for about a week now and has hardly left my CD Player since, wich proves how much I like this Album!!! So now I hope they get their CD Shop going, since I got the CD by email contact with a Bandmember, wich I found by a great Portion of luck. ;-) Note 1!
