Of course there where many more Albums released in that year, but since I started this Page in the year 2005 there will be quite a few good Albums missing, sorry!!!
Natürlich waren im Jahr 2004 weit mehr Alben erschienen als hier gelistet, jedoch habe ich diese Seite erst 2005 erstellt, daher möge man mir Verzeihen!!!
Salva - A Handful Of Earth (Sweden)
Style: Neoprogressive Rock
Ich habe diese CD dem Neoprogressive Rock zugeordnet, da ich sie auch unter dieser Rubrik gekauft habe. Hier werden jedoch mehrere Stilrichtungen geboten und zwar Symphonischer Prog, dann leichter Hardrock, ein wenig Jazz (gefällt mir hier gut) und auch Folk. Sehr beeindruckend sind hier die Piano und Keyboardpassagen, aber auch die Gitarrensoli wissen zu gefallen. Reviews leider nur in English bei Prog Archives.com .

Dreamscape - The End Of Silence (Germany)
Style: Progressive Metal
Sorry, aber ich trauere dem Weggang von 'Hubi Meisel' nicht nach, da mir die Stimme von ihm nicht so zusagte. Der neue Sänger 'Roland Stoll' gefällt mir da wesentlich besser. Außer das die Musik an manchen Passagen an 'Vanden Plas' erinnert gefällt mir die Musik recht gut. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich da den über 20 min. Song 'The end Of Light'! Note 2 - 3!
I'm not dissapointed that 'Hubi Meisel' had left the Band, since the new Vocalist is doing a great job and a better voice (for my ears) The Music is pretty enjoyable, allthough in some parts it remainds me off 'Vanden Plas'. The most interesting track is 'The End of Light', wich has a length over 20 min.! Note 2 - 3!
Knight Area - The Sun Also Rises (Netherlands)
Style: Neoprogressive Rock
Fantastisch, hier stimmt einfach alles. Im Booklet sind 11 Musiker gelistet, unter anderem auch Flöte und Akkordeon . Dieses Album kann man jedenfalls mit ruhigem Gewissen empfehlen! :-) Note 1!
Fantastic, the music and everything else is just perfect. In the booklet there are 11 Musicians listet, also Flute and Accordion. This Album is highly recommended by me! :-) Note 1!
Silver Lining - The Inner Dragon (France)
Style: Neoprogressive Rock
Diese Band kommt aus unserem Nachbarland Frankreich und ist musikalisch hochinteressant. Die Musik beinhaltet viele Piano, Keys, Gitarre und Violinklänge. Es ist kein Instrumental Album, jedoch überwiegen die Instrumentalpassagen. Der Gesang (auch öfters gesprochen) ist in English und angenehm zuzuhören. Mir hat es jedenfalls gut gefallen! Note 1 - 2!
This Band is from our Neighbourland France and their music is quite interesting. For their Music they are using a lot of Piano, Keys, Gitares, Basses and Violins. This is not an Instrumental Album, but there are quite a lot instrumentalpassages. The Vocals (sometimes spoken) are in English. Well I enjoyed this Album very much! Note 1 - 2!
Evergrey - The Inner Circle
Style: Progressive Metal
Nachdem ich nun schon Solitute-Dominance-Tragedy, In Search Of Truth und Recreation Day habe mußte ich mir auch ihr neuestes Werk zulegen. Auch dieses Album 'The Inner Circle' gefällt mir gut und knüpft nahtlos an die anderen Alben an. Note 2!
Since I already own Solitute-Dominance-Tragedy, In Search Of Truth and Recreation Day, I also had to buy their nwest CD 'The Inner Circle' and I think it's just as good as the others. Note 2!
Threshold - Subsurface
Style: Progressive Metal
Ich kann jetzt auf Anhieb nicht sagen das wievielte Album es ist, jedoch ist die Musik einfach klasse. Note 1!
I don't know how much Albums they have released before this one, but the Musik is simply just great. Note 1!

Tolles Album der 7 jungen Musikern, welche auch Live absolut Sehenswert sind, leider hatte ich bei diesem Konzert meine Kamera nicht dabei. :-( Note 2!

Die Musik ist ja okay, jedoch der Gesang ist etwas langweilig. Note 2 - 3!

Mir gefällt die Musik, obwohl ich das erste Album 'Question Inside The Picture' für das bessere halte. Note 2 - 3!

Abydos - The Little Boy's Heavy Mental Opera...
Style: Progressive Metal
Abydos ist das Solo-Project von Andy Kuntz, welcher auch bei Vanden Plas der Sänger ist. Die Musik, welche hier geboten wird ist allerdings nicht ganz so heavy, wie bei seiner Stammband. Eine nähere Beschreibung findet ihr auf Info klickt! Da ich ja nun angefangen habe meinen Alben Noten zu geben, vergebe ich die Note 1 - 2!
Abydos is the Solo-Project of Andy Kuntz, wich is the Vocalist of Vanden Plas. The Musik you get to hear on this Album is not as heavy as within Vanden plas. More Information you will find when you klick on the Infobutton! Since I started to give my Albums Notes, I will give this one the Note 1 - 2!
Comma - Free As God
Style: Progressive Metal
Comma stammen aus der Türkei. Ich war überrascht, da es mir gar nicht bewusst war, das es dort eine Metalscene gibt. ;-) Ihre Musik ist vergleichbar mit dem was 'Dream Theater' machen. Es wird fast nur in English gesungen, bis auf ein Track der in ihrer Landessprache gesungen wird. Im großem u. ganzem kann man das Album als gut bezeichnen. Note 2 - 3!
Comma originate from Turkey. I was surprised, since it was not at all conscious to me, that there is a Metalscene out there. ;-) Their music is comparable to 'Dream theatre'. It is sung nearly only in English, up to one TRACK is sung in their national language. All together you could call this Album as a good one. Note 2 - 3!
