Cosmos stammen aus unserem schönen Nachbarland, der Schweiz. Es hat den Anschein, dass die Band schon seit Mitte der 90ziger Jahre besteht, ist doch auf ihrer HP eine CD aus dieser Zeit gelistet. Ich bin allerdings erst jetzt mit der CD Skygarden auf Cosmos aufmerksam geworden, obwohl schon einige Tracks auf ihrer Demo CD Different Faces aus dem Jahr 2003 zu finden sind, welche ich jedoch nicht kenne.
Cosmos ihre Musik ist total inspiriert von Pink Floyd. Man könnte sie auch als Klon, oder Coverband von Pink Floyd bezeichnen, jedoch war das bei RPWL zumindest zu Beginn nicht auch so?
Eigentlich ist es quatsch auf jeden einzelnen Song einzugehen, da die Musik von Pink Floyd ja fast jedem bekannt sein dürfte, hauptsächlich die Phase ab The Dark Side Of The Moon wird auf Skygarden wiedergegeben. Also die Zeit, als Roger Waters und David Gilmour noch nicht im Clinch lagen. Erwähnenswert ist jedoch das jeder einzelne Musiker von Cosmos die verschiedenen Instrumente perfekt wiedergibt. Auch die Gesangsleistungen der betreffenden sind hervorragend.
Der Sound der CD ist tadellos
und es macht unendlich Spaß dieser Musik zu lauschen, welche auf grandiose Art
und Weise die Musik von Pink Floyd weiterleben lässt. 
Cosmos are coming from our Neighbour land, the Switzerland. It seems that they already exist since the early, or mid 90ties. On their Website is a CD listed which was released around that time. Although I just heard of Cosmos with the CD Skygarden, but on this CD are Tracks which already appeared on the Demo CD Different Faces from 2003.
The music of Cosmos is totally inspired by Pink Floyd. You could also say that they are a Cover band, or a Clone of Pink Floyd, but didn’t RPWL start their career the same way?
I think it’s not necessary to go into every single song, since I believe that almost everybody are familiar with the music of Pink Floyd, especially The Dark Side Of The Moon period. The time when Roger Waters and David Gilmour where still making music together.
Every musician of the band Cosmos sounds just perfectly like their idols and also the vocalists are doing a great job.
The sound of the music on this CD is perfect, so it makes it very enjoyable to
listen to it.
